Shipping Policy
After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. In-stock products will ship within 1-3 business days in most cases.
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS flat rate priority boxes. International orders will be shipped USPS first class and can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email that was associated with the purchase if available. Tracking on international shipping may end once it has left the United States depending on country of destination. Please contact USPS for more information regarding tracking.
Flight-1, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Once a package leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is returned to Flight-1, LLC as undeliverable, the original shipping and handling fees may be kept to cover the first attempt at shipping. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping and handling fees to reship the package.

Duties and Taxes: We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sales price of the item(s) purchased. Flight-1, LLC cannot legally declare your order as a gift. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. Flight-1, LLC is NOT responsible for any fees, taxes, or additional costs imposed by customs. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. If you choose a shipping rate that does not cover the cost of shipping to your location, we will put a hold on the order and contact you. Flight-1, LLC is not responsible for delays due to shipping rate errors.
